You can insert an image with content editor using the Image & File Library icon  at the bottom right of the tool bars.

Position the cursor where you wish the image to be insert. Choose the Image and File Library icon and click on the image you wish to insert.

Once the image appears in the editor, you can right-click on the image to access additional formatting options.
