Each Contact can have a Type and Category, which can then be used for filtering when adding to Email Lists.

The Type can be one of:-

• Contact
• Customer
• Prospect
• Attendee
• Stallholder
• Volunteer
• Other
• Test

Categories are user defined. You can create as many Categories as you like in the Contacts > Categories editor.
