Getting Started

1. Open a browser on your phone or tablet
2. Go to http://door.eventsity.com
3. Optional: Add a short cut to your home screen (instructions on screen) or touch close 
4. Login
5. Choose an event
6. You're ready to go!

How to validate a ticket

1. Locate the ticket holder
2. Touch on the ticket holder name / number 
3. You will see the ticket is now Ticked 

Find and search

The list of ticket holders is sorted in alphabetical order. 
Browse to a ticket holder 
1. Swiping down the page 
2. or Touch one of the alphabet index letters on the right hand side

Search for a ticket holder

3. by name
4. by Order # 

How to un-validate a ticket

1. Locate a ticket that is ticked
2. Touch on the ticket holder name / number 
3. You will see the tick change back to a dash

How to refresh the ticket list

1. Many volunteers can use the Door app at one time
2. Every ticket that is validated or unvalidated is immediately saved with one touch
3. To refresh the list on a particular device press the curly back arrow (top-left)
4. Then touch the Ride event again
5. The list of ticket holders will be refreshed showing changes form other users
