If the item you’re publishing is a page, you can change the order by simply dragging and dropping using the first column in the list.

Here are the steps:-

1. Drag n drop to shuffle items around
2. Click the Save Sort button to apply the changes

NOTE: If the item you just dragged is not Published or Previewed, you need to Save & Publish or Save & Preview the item to see the change.
